I had a fantastic experience staying at Trilussa Palace Hotel Congress & Spa. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport, with a tram stop just outside that makes it easy to reach all the main attractions in Rome. The staff provided excellent service, being very attentive and friendly throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the ambiance of the rooftop bar, which offers a great selection of cocktails and a lovely view of the city.
The air conditioning in my room was a bit insufficient.

We had an awesome group trip with friends, staying in Trastevere. We explored the beautiful Piazza Navona and enjoyed the Colosseum. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were spacious. Don't miss the private spa. it's great for unwinding after sightseeing!
The rooftop restaurant service was really slow. It took forever to get simple things like water, which was a bit frustrating.

Room cleaning could be more consistent!!! Noise from the street and lobby is bothersome!!! Also, hot water availability can be unpredictable!!!

The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city, perfect for enjoying drinks at sunset. Additionally, the spa provides a luxurious escape with a wide range of treatments, allowing for relaxation after a day of exploration.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't up to snuff, causing quite a bit of discomfort during the night. On top of that, I found the cups in the room weren't washed daily, which I didn't expect after a few nights of staying there. The rooftop bar's hours are limited, meaning I missed out on a chance to unwind there due to it being closed during my stay.
